Question: Do you offer support for the products?

Question: What are the upgrade options?

Answer: You will be entitled to free upgrades and updates for the 12 months after your purchase and then there is a sliding scale of upgrade prices based on how long you have had your product, for example year two you can get upto 70% off an upgrade!

Question: Can I upgrade with www.pdf-software.co.uk even though I purchased my current version elsewhere?

Answer: Yes you can – Simply contact us via eticket support with the details of your current version and as much information as you can from your original purchase and we will email you back the upgrade price.

Question: How do I get my product – is it boxed or on a disc?

Answer: All products are purchased via electronic download and when payment is complete you will be sent your serial number for your purchase, no disks or boxed version will be sent.

Question: Can I get my money back if I don’t like the product?

Answer: Yes you can we offer a full seven day refund on end user licenses up to our five user license package, over the five user licenses will require an email to our support team for clarifaction on why you may not be happy with the product.

Question: Will it work with my computer.

Answer:PDF-Xchange products fully conform to the PDF specifications as originally defined and extended by Adobe and now maintained and set by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) - any PDF file created or manipulated by any of PDF-Xchange product range is fully compatible with any application that also conforms to the official PDF specification and generates equally compatible files as defined by these standards and vice versa!

PDF-XChange range of products have the ‘Works with Vista’ logo certification from Microsoft – further assurance for PDF-XChange customers that they are not only using the very best PDF creation, Viewing and Manipulation tools – but they install and function in Microsoft’s leading products too !

Windows 95, 98, ME and NT users – Version 4 is for Windows 2000 and later only, our Version 3 product however is for all users, Windows 95 and later. Should you purchase V4 – your serial number will function also correctly with V3 until you upgrade to Windows 2000 or later Use PDF-XChange V4 with the any 32/64 bit Version of MS Windows from W2000 and later - Windows 9x/ME/NT users must use our Version 3 product -both of which are certified for use with Terminal Server and Citrix Metaframe installations.

Question: Does the PDF-XChange product range work with Vista?

Answer: Yes – Version 4 is Windows 2000 and later (32/64 bit) – Also fully Terminal Server/Citrix Metaframe compatible.

Question: My computer operating system is older than Windows 2000?

Answer: You can still purchase a version 4 product and us it on version 3 which is compatiable with Windows95 onwards.
